Bruce Agnew

_{Director, Cascadia Center}

Since 2017, Bruce has served as Director of the ACES NW Network based in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington. The Network is dedicated to the acceleration of ACES (Autonomous-Connected-Electric-Shared) technology in Northwest transportation for the movement of people and goods. ACES is co-chaired by Tom Alberg, Co-Founder and managing partner of Madrona Venture Group in Seattle and Bryan Mistele, CEO/Co-Founder of INRIX global technology in Kirkland. In 2022, Bruce became the director of the newly created Pacific Northwest Economic Region (PNWER) Regional Infrastructure Accelerator. Initial funding for the Accelerator has come from the Build America Bureau of the USDOT. PNWER is a statutory public/private nonprofit created in 1991 by the U.S. states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Washington and the Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan and the territories of the Northwest Territories and the Yukon. PNWER has 16 cross-border working groups for common economic and environmental initiatives.

Tom Alberg

_{Former Chairman of the Board, Discovery Institute, and Managing Director, Madrona Venture Group}

Tom Alberg served as Discovery Institute's Chairman of the Board for over a decade and was crucial in its founding. Prior to co-founding Madrona Venture Group in 1995, Mr. Alberg served as President of LIN Broadcasting Corporation and Executive Vice President of McCaw Cellular Communications, Inc. He currently serves as a director for Madrona portfolio companies, including Impinj, and Wireless Services. In addition, he serves on the boards of two public technology companies, Advanced Digital Information Corporation and Amazon.com, located in the Northwest.

Stephanie Bowman

_{Port of Seattle Commissioner}

Stephanie Bowman currently serves as the Executive Director of Washington ABC, a statewide non-profit organization promoting policies and programs to help economically-disadvantaged communities build assets through investments in education, home ownership, savings, and small business development. Stephanie has more than 18 years of experience working in the areas of transportation and economic development on the local, state and federal levels, including at the Port of Tacoma and Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce.

Roei Ganzarski

_{CEO, magniX}

Roei Ganzarski is CEO of magniX, an electric aviation propulsion company. With a vision of connecting communities with low-cost, clean air transportation, magniX is disrupting the status- quo of aviation as we know it. In addition to his role as CEO of magniX, Roei is the chairman of Eviation, the electric aircraft OEM. Prior to magniX, Roei was CEO of BoldIQ — a global provider of dynamic real-time scheduling optimization software.

Scott Kuznicki

_{Research Fellow, Cascadia Center for Regional Development}

Scott O. Kuznicki is the two-time recipient of the Transportation Futures Fellowship with the Discovery Institute's Cascadia Center for Regional Development. Across the six-year program, Scott is conducting research related to transportation policy and operations with an emphasis on human factors and machine learning, technology integration related to automated vehicle operations, and the long-term sustainability of the transportation system overall. His particular research focus is the economic opportunity and sustainability afforded by world-class motorway systems. Scott is the President and Managing Engineer at Modern Traffic Consultants, the Associate Director of the ACES Northwest Network, and the founder of the International Motorway Institute.

Heather Mulligan

_{Manager, Customer Clean Energy Solutions for Puget Sound Energy}

Heather has more than 25 years of experience working on programs which support the deployment and use of energy efficiency, renewable energy technologies, electric vehicles. She has been with Puget Sound Energy for the past 14 years, where she manages PSE’s renewable energy and electric vehicle products& services. Prior to joining Puget Sound Energy in 2006, Heather worked as the national and regional coordinator of U.S. Department of Energy’s Million Solar Roofs Initiative. Her work at DOE built from a successful eight year career as a renewable energy policy consultant.

Andrea H. Reay

Andrea H. Reay is a native of the Pacific Northwest and is an experienced non-profit manager, business consultant and community organizer. Her first job was working at her family’s business, a small independent pharmacy, aptly named “Family Pharmacy”. She attended the University of Washington where she studied Theatre and Classics. She then worked for over 15 years in non-profit arts management. In 2016 Andrea accepted the position to serve as the President/CEO at Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce.

Jon Walker

_{Sustainability Policy Manager at Lyft}

Jon manages Lyft’s sustainability policy for Lyft, including environmental and electric vehicle programs. Externally, Jon works with public officials, the private sector, NGOs, and utilities to advance mutual environmental and EV goals. Internally, Jon works with Lyft’s operations and product teams to help design, deploy, and scale Lyft’s new electric vehicle program.
