Greta drives the strategy, solution and technology advocacy, and go-to-market efforts for Verizon Smart Communities & IOT transportation offerings, which provide modern approaches to cities’ traffic challenges including intersection safety, traffic analysis and traffic management. With nearly 20 years of experience in the IT industry — the last five of which have focused on smart cities in North America and Asia — Greta enjoys being at the intersection of innovation, transportation and sustainability at a time when the rise of technology in transportation is rapidly transforming urban mobility.
Greta is also a board member for ITS-WA, member of the Smart City & Community Innovations Committee for the City of Seattle Community Technology Advisory Board (CTAB), and is a member of the NIST Global Cities Team Challenge (GCTC) Transportation SuperCluster leadership team and council.
