Douglas Ell graduated early from MIT, where he double majored in math and physics. He then obtained a graduate degree in theoretical mathematics and a law degree. Doug drafted the first 401(k) plan in professional sports and has represented a number of nationally recognized corporations, unions and pension plans.
Doug is a fiercely independent thinker. His legal training and work, combined with his academic science background and a lifetime of independent study, make him superbly qualified to untangle the confused and often emotional relationship between science and religion. Doug considered himself an atheist while at MIT, but life events challenged him to examine the scientific evidence for a creator God. What he found, and continues to find, has amazed him, and he delights in sharing his findings in creative ways. He offers a uniquely grounded approach to science, religion, and philosophy.
