A message from the organizers:

Cornerstone University invites you to join us for an inspiring Community Chapel on March 4 at 10 a.m. featuring Dr. John G. West, vice president and a senior fellow at the Discovery Institute.

Join us at 10 a.m. in Christ Chapel as Dr. West presents a message drawn from his newest book, “Endowed by Our Creator: The Bible, Science, and the Battle for America’s Soul.” As part of CU’s year-long celebration of America 250, Dr. West will share how the key ideas of the Declaration of Independence were shaped by the Bible and Christianity — and why those ideas still matter for us today. A book signing will follow in the chapel lobby.

In addition to being vice president of Discovery Institute, Dr. West is the newly-appointed Distinguished Scholar of American Government and Christian Civic Engagement at CU. His previous books include “Stockholm Syndrome Christianity,” “The Politics of Revelation and Reason,” “Darwin Day in America,” “The C.S. Lewis Readers’ Encyclopedia,” and “The Magician’s Twin: C.S. Lewis on Science, Scientism, and Society.”

This free event is a must-experience where you’ll leave strengthened and motivated to influence the world for Christ.
