Official foreign observers are in Tunisia this week for the parliamentary elections that take place on the 26th–three years after “the Arab Spring” revolution that returned democracy to this nation of 10 million. Maybe in a few days, after their own election, Tunisia should send election observers to the United States where voter ID is called unfair and discriminatory and the danger of fraud is largely treated as a fantasy.
