Jennifer Burke was the Development and Communications Manager for Discovery Institute. She is a 1992 graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked in education, outreach and connecting with others on a variety of levels. She is a certified teacher in Texas, Arizona, and Washington with over 15 years of experience in grades 3 through 9. She has also been a software trainer and a social media manager. Most recently, Jennifer worked as a Special Education teacher in the Puget Sound area.
In 2010, Jennifer emerged as a leader in the grassroots conservative movement becoming a powerful speaker and writer within the movement. She was a regular guest on FOX News, Newsmax, and numerous conservative talk radio shows around the country. Jennifer has a passion for advancing freedom, free market principles, and the fight for limited government. She believes fervently in empowering the individual to fight against victim mentality which absolves personal responsibility and leads to chaos and destruction in both society and the lives of individuals.
