Homelessness in Seattle

What is the Real Story and What Should be Done?

People in Seattle are well aware of the magnitude of the homeless problem. City leaders insist that more funding is needed to tackle this issue, but is money really the barrier to progress?

Documentary filmmaker Christopher Rufo has conducted extensive research on the issues of poverty and homelessness in Seattle and around the country. Rather than just throwing money at the problem, Rufo proposes solutions that are compatible with facts on the ground. Please join us on Thursday, October 11 for a reception and lecture with Christopher Rufo, and hear new and compelling strategies than can be employed to solve the homeless crisis.

A reception with light refreshments will begin at 4:30 before the program begins at 5:15. This is a free event, but space is limited and registration is required.
