Ray Waldmann is Corporate Counsel & Secretary for AuBeta Networks Inc. Mr. Waldmann formerly served as vice president of international relations and as director of government affairs for The Boeing Company. Before joining Boeing in 1985, Mr. Waldmann served as assistant U.S. Secretary of Commerce for international economic policy (1981-83), deputy assistant U.S. Secretary of State for transportation and telecommunications (1973-75), and staff assistant to Presidents Nixon and Ford. Before starting his career in public service, Mr. Waldmann worked as a management consultant in Boston, London and Brussels. Mr. Waldmann has been active with numerous local and national business associations and served as chair of the Seattle Host Committees for both the 1993 Summit of APEC Leaders and the 1999 WTO Ministerial Meeting.
