Joshua Youngkin earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law where he was president of the USD Federalist Society, law journal editor, national trial team member, and top performer in Stanley Fish’s course on Interpretation. Mr. Youngkin worked for two California judges and two law professors, the latter for whom he researched constitutional history and evaluated a new theory of pre-legal rights, respectively. He is a Supreme Court watcher who has interacted personally with Justices Thomas and Scalia, and attended Justice Sotomayor’s confirmation hearings.

Before law school, Mr. Youngkin enjoyed a first career in high tech serving in both business and technical capacities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international business from San Diego State University. The Parisian Chamber of Commerce certified Mr. Youngkin as proficient in commercial French. He also enjoys coaching and playing football.
