Christopher G. Miller is the founder of, and serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Special Opportunities Group, LLC, a technology venture capital company. Prior to his service at The Special Opportunities Group, Mr. Miller served as Chief Financial Officer of The Gilder Group from 1998 to 1999, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of American Healthcare, Ltd. from 1994 to 1998, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of International Medical Care, Ltd. from 1992 to 1993, and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Hospital Corporation International from 1991 to 1992.

Upon his graduation from Harvard Business School, Mr. Miller was employed by Bear Stearns Companies Inc. in New York as an Associate in Investment Banking. Mr. Miller serves on the Board of Directors of TransCommunity Financial, Inc., (BB: TCYF), NanoMed Systems, Inc., and SignalQuest, LLC, and is the CFO of InteliTap´┐Ż, CodeBlue Solutions´┐Ż, LLC, BioStar Ventures (parent company of the BioStar Private Equity Fund, a biotech Venture Capital fund), and is the Chairman and CEO of the Marco Polo Management Company. Mr. Miller graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1980 with a B.S. in Engineering and received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1987.
