Join Discovery Institute Fellows George Gilder, Stephen C. Meyer, and Michael Denton at FreedomFest July 10-13. Gilder, author of Wealth & Poverty will be receiving the Leonard E. Read Book Award
for his newly released book, Knowledge & Power: The Information Theory of Capitalism
(Regnery, July 2013). He will also be speaking on his book over the weekend.
Stephen C. Meyer, Program Director and Senior Fellow of Discovery Institute's Center for Science and Culture, will speak on his newly released book, Darwin's Doubt: The Explosive Origin of animal Life and the Case for Intelligent Design.
CSC Senior Fellow Michael Denton will be debating Michael Shermer, founding publisher of Skeptic magazine. The Denton v. Shermer debate is entitled The Origin and Evolution of Life: Is Galapagos a Detour?. Dr. Denton will also give a talk entitled The Place of Man in Nature: Defending the Anthropocentric.
