April 25 for a discussion and pre-release screening of
The Call of the Entrepreneur, an upcoming documenatary from Acton Media. CSC Senior Fellow
Jonathan Witt wrote the screenplay and will be in attendance.
The Call of the Entrepreneur features
George Gilder, Rev. Robert Sirico, Michael Novak, and others. It describes the moral virtues of enterpreneurship in a free society. It tells the stories of three entrepreneurs: a Hong Kong media magnate named Jimmy Lai, a merchant banker named Frank Hanna, and a Michigan compost farmer named Brad Morgan.
Dr. Richards is Research Fellow and Director of Acton Media at the Acton Institute in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has a Ph.D. in philosophy and theology (with honors) from Princeton Theological Seminary, where he was formerly a Teaching Fellow.
The event will be held from 4:30 - 6 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, at Discovery Institute, located at 1511 Third Avenue, Suite 808, in the Melbourne Tower Building in downtown Seattle. Beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be served.
