Book Release Party for Granville Sewell

In the Beginning and Other Essays on Intelligent Design
Past Event February 23, 2010
Join Discovery Institute in welcoming Dr. Granville Sewell as he presents his new book "In the Beginning and Other Essays on Intelligent Design" published by Discovery Institute Press.

Find out why Dr. Sewell thinks “Darwin’s theory is easily the dumbest idea ever taken seriously by science."

In his wide-ranging collection of essays on origins, Sewell concludes that while there is much in the history of life that seems to suggest natural causes, there is little evidence to support Charles Darwin's idea that natural selection of random mutations can explain major evolutionary advances.

The event will be held in our Seattle headquarters, located at 208 Columbia Street in downtown Seattle, on Tuesday, Feb. 23rd, from 4:30-6:00 PM. Refreshments will precede the event. There is no charge to attend this event.

Though we cannot validate, parking is available in the Millennium Tower Garage (719 2nd Avenue - entrance on Columbia). Should you choose to park elsewhere, please verify the garage hours as many of the adjacent parking lots in our neighborhood close at 6:00 pm. Our location is also Metro-accessible.

To RSVP, please contact Mollie Tschida at 292-0401 ext. 111 or by email at molliet@discovery.org.
